Ormai da anni la Russia ha affinato la macchina della propaganda interna, ma con l\u2019invasione del 2022 \u00e8 stato raggiunto un nuovo livello di indottrinamento che coinvolge anche i bambini. Infatti, a settembre di quell\u2019anno era stata introdotta a scuola un\u2019ora settimanale chiamata \u00abconversazioni sulle cose importanti\u00bb, in cui vengono esaltati i valori tradizionali e l\u2019ideologia russa in contrapposizione con l\u2019Occidente, ritenuto decadente per i diritti civili, il femminismo e le libert\u00e0 di espressione. L\u2019introduzione di quest\u2019ora di propaganda nelle scuole fa parte della strategia di sicurezza nazionale di Mosca, che mira a compattare i futuri cittadini come obbedienti seguaci del regime e possibilmente reclute per le guerre imperialiste del Cremlino: ieri la Georgia, oggi l\u2019Ucraina, domani chiss\u00e0.<\/p>\n
Nel 2023 i programmi scolastici sono stati ulteriormente militarizzati con un corso sull\u2019uso del fucile Kalashnikov, per smontare e rimontare le armi,<\/strong> ma ai primi anni delle superiori vengono insegnati anche fondamenti di \u00abguerra psicologica e informativa\u00bb. Infatti, rappresentanti del regime intervenuti in seminari universitari non fanno pi\u00f9 mistero sull\u2019impiego della disinformazione come arma di destabilizzazione dell\u2019Occidente e hanno invitato gli studenti ad apprenderne le tecniche. La diffusione della menzogna e della paura per fini politici contro gli avversari della Russia sono perci\u00f2 insegnati gi\u00e0 a scuola come strumenti legittimi nel contesto internazionale.<\/p>\n Da settembre 2024, tuttavia, entrer\u00e0 in vigore un\u2019ulteriore riforma dei curricula scolastici, che, come ha descritto<\/a> il sito Meduza, prevede un corso di \u00abfondamenti di sicurezza e difesa della patria\u00bb. In base a questo programma, dall\u2019ultimo anno delle medie ai primi delle superiori avverr\u00e0 un addestramento militare all\u2019uso del fucile da cecchino Svd, del lanciagranate anticarro e di fucili mitragliatori. Il corso include anche una parte di dottrina militare sul significato della disciplina e del ruolo di comando. Tra i risultati che gli studenti dovranno raggiungere c\u2019\u00e8 quello di dimostrare di essere pronti a difendere la patria e di comprendere il senso di un giuramento militare.<\/strong><\/p>\n Alle superiori, secondo la riforma introdotta dal regime, gli studenti dovranno imparare a indossare un giubbotto antiproiettile<\/strong> e l\u2019attrezzatura da combattimento, ma anche apprendere le conseguenze per la violazione della disciplina militare. Inoltre, le lezioni di \u00abfondamenti di sicurezza e difesa della patria\u00bb proseguono con l\u2019insegnamento di tattiche di combattimento e manovre con l\u2019uso di armi da fuoco. Si tratta perci\u00f2 di una completa militarizzazione del sistema scolastico russo, che somiglia sempre di pi\u00f9 al modello della Corea del Nord. Alla militarizzazione dell\u2019industria, con l\u2019economia di guerra,<\/a> si aggiunge quindi quella della societ\u00e0.<\/strong> \u00c8 stato calcolato che le ore da dedicare a questa \u201cmateria\u201d possono arrivare fino a duecentotrentotto all\u2019anno, a cui si sommano quelle teoriche di propaganda ideologica.<\/p>\n La Russia ha mobilizzato 1,8 milioni di bambini nel progetto Yunarmia (esercito dei giovani russi).<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n [\/vc_column_text][vc_separator][vc_single_image image=”94439″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center”][vc_separator][vc_column_text]Il viceministro dell\u2019istruzione russo Alexander Bugaev ha annunciato<\/a> anche che i veterani dell\u2019invasione dell\u2019Ucraina saranno invitati nelle scuole per trasmettere la loro esperienza personale agli studenti. \u00c8 previsto infatti un corso di formazione specifico di trentasei ore per gli occupanti tornati in patria, a cui viene spiegato come indottrinare i minori durante gli incontri e perpetuare le narrazioni russe contro gli ucraini, nobilitando i massacri compiuti a Bu\u010da e Mariupol. Alla fine del corso, i veterani di guerra ricevono un certificato che li abilita all\u2019insegnamento di questi temi.<\/p>\n Per fare spazio alle nuove materie introdotte, sono state cancellate dai programmi scolastici centodue ore annuali di scienze sociali precedentemente previste per le superiori, ora ridotte a trentaquattro ore. Il corso di scienze sociali includeva fondamenti di economia, diritto e sociologia, che ora faranno spazio all\u2019addestramento militare e ai valori ultranazionalisti russi, ma anche a un nuovo corso di sessantotto ore. Si tratta della materia \u00abstoria della nostra regione\u00bb, che comprende lezioni sulla famiglia tradizionale, le minacce alla cultura e alla spiritualit\u00e0 russa, il concetto imperialista di Russkij Mir<\/em>, mondo russo che supera i confini statali, ma anche \u00abvalori morali del popolo russo\u00bb, \u00aberoi dell\u2019operazione militare speciale\u00bb, \u00abi doveri del cittadino verso la societ\u00e0\u00bb e altre amenit\u00e0 che fanno sprofondare la Russia in una spirale orwelliana.<\/p>\n In totale, \u00e8 stato calcolato che le ore dedicate nei vari anni scolastici all\u2019indottrinamento ideologico e all\u2019addestramento militare saranno complessivamente trecentosei, mentre quelle di matematica ammontano a trecentoquaranta.<\/strong> Senza dimenticare due altri fattori: anche nelle scuole elementari esiste il corso \u00abconversazioni sulle cose importanti\u00bb, non conteggiato, e le altre materie come storia, geografa e letteratura vengono declinate nella chiave ideologica del delirio nazionalista russo per creare dei fanatici fedeli al regime.<\/p>\n Nel 2023 si era pensato a un corso storico specifico che negasse l\u2019Holodomor, lo sterminio per fame degli ucraini provocato da Stalin (*),<\/a> e che inculcasse l\u2019idea della russofobia e del vittimismo. Ma poi \u00e8 stato cancellato e si \u00e8 preferito inserire questi contenuti nel normale corso di storia.<\/strong><\/p>\n Uno scorcio di questa deriva sciovinista e militarista era gi\u00e0 visibile nel documentario \u201cTown of Glory \u2013 Inside Rural Russia: When Military and Patriotism Are Your Life\u201d, girato dal regista Dmitry Bogolyubov e reperibile su YouTube<\/a>, che descrive la vita di Masha, un\u2019adolescente russa di campagna a cui la madre fanatica ha fatto il lavaggio del cervello e canta alle commemorazioni governative della grande guerra patriottica.<\/a><\/p>\n A questo si aggiunge il fatto che il 31 luglio 2024, il presidente russo Vladimir Putin ha firmato un nuovo decreto per raddoppiare gli stipendi e il bonus dei volontari [che si arruolano per combattere in Ucraina]<\/strong><\/em>.<\/a><\/p>\n Il 23 luglio, il sindaco di Mosca aveva gi\u00e0 promesso un bonus di 22.000 dollari (20.200 euro) e uno stipendio mensile di 5.000 dollari a chiunque fosse disposto a impegnarsi per almeno un anno. In fact, in September of that year, an additional hour called “conversations on important matters” was introduced in schools, where traditional values and Russian ideology are exalted in contrast to the West, which is portrayed as decadent due to civil rights, feminism, and freedom of expression. The introduction of this propaganda hour in schools is part of Moscow’s national security strategy, which aims to shape future citizens into obedient followers of the regime and, ideally, recruits for the Kremlin’s imperialist wars: yesterday Georgia, today Ukraine, tomorrow who knows.<\/p>\n In 2023, school curricula were further militarized with a course on the use of the Kalashnikov rifle, including how to disassemble and reassemble the weapon<\/b>, but even in the early years of high school, students are taught the basics of “psychological and informational warfare.” In fact, regime representatives participating in university seminars no longer hide their use of disinformation as a tool to destabilize the West, urging students to learn its techniques. The dissemination of lies and fear for political purposes against Russia\u2019s opponents is therefore taught in schools as legitimate tools in the international arena.<\/p>\n Starting in September 2024, however, a further reform of school curricula will take effect, which, as described by the Meduza website<\/a>, includes a course on the “fundamentals of homeland security and defense.” According to this program, from the final year of middle school to the first years of high school, students will undergo military training in the use of the sniper rifle SVD, anti-tank grenade launchers, and machine guns. The course also includes military doctrine on the importance of discipline and the role of command. Among the results that students are expected to achieve is proving they are ready to defend the homeland and understanding the significance of a military oath.<\/p>\n In high school, according to the reform introduced by the regime, students will learn how to wear a bulletproof vest <\/b>and combat gear, but will also be taught the consequences of violating military discipline. Furthermore, the “fundamentals of homeland security and defense” course continues with lessons on combat tactics and maneuvers involving firearms. This is, therefore, a complete militarization of the Russian education system<\/a>, increasingly resembling the model of North Korea<\/b>. Alongside the militarization of industry, with a war economy, there is now the militarization of society. It has been calculated that the hours dedicated to this “subject” can reach up to two hundred thirty-eight per year, in addition to the theoretical hours of ideological propaganda.<\/p>\n Russia has mobilised 1,8 million children into Russian Youth Army (Yunarmia).<\/strong><\/em>[\/vc_column_text][vc_separator][vc_single_image image=”94439″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center”][vc_separator][vc_column_text]Russian Deputy Minister of Education Alexander Bugaev also announced<\/a> that veterans of the Ukraine invasion will be invited to schools to share their personal experiences with students. A specific 36-hour training course is planned for returning soldiers, explaining how to indoctrinate minors during these meetings and perpetuate Russian narratives against Ukrainians, glorifying the massacres carried out in Bucha and Mariupol. At the end of the course, war veterans receive a certificate qualifying them to teach these topics.<\/p>\n To make room for the new subjects, 102 annual hours of social sciences previously planned for high school have been canceled, now reduced to thirty-four hours. The social sciences course included basics of economics, law, and sociology, which will now make space for military training and ultra-nationalist Russian values, as well as a new course of sixty-eight hours. This is the subject “History of Our Region,” which includes lessons on the traditional family, threats to Russian culture and spirituality, the imperialist concept of Russkij Mir (Russian World), which transcends state boundaries, as well as “moral values of the Russian people,” “heroes of the special military operation,” “the duties of the citizen towards society,” and other elements that plunge Russia into an Orwellian spiral.<\/p>\n In total, it is calculated that the hours dedicated to ideological indoctrination and military training across various school years will total 306, while those for mathematics amount to 340<\/b>. This does not include the “conversations on important matters” course in elementary schools, nor does it account for other subjects like history, geography, and literature, which are now framed in the ideological key of Russian nationalist delirium to create fanatical supporters of the regime.<\/p>\n In 2023, there was a proposal for a specific history course that would deny the Holodomor, the famine-induced extermination of Ukrainians caused by Stalin<\/a> (*), and instill ideas of Russophobia and victimhood. However, it was canceled, and the content was instead incorporated into the regular history course.<\/b><\/p>\n A glimpse of this chauvinistic and militaristic drift was already visible in the documentary\u00a0Town of Glory \u2013 Inside Rural Russia: When Military and Patriotism Are Your Life<\/i>, directed by Dmitry Bogolyubov, available on YouTube<\/a>. The film describes the life of Masha, a rural Russian teenager whose fanatic mother brainwashed her, and who sings at government commemorations of the Great Patriotic War.<\/a><\/p>\n Additionally, on July 31, 2024, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a new decree to double the salaries and bonuses for volunteers [who enlist to fight in Ukraine].<\/a><\/p>\n On July 23, the Mayor of Moscow had already promised a bonus of $22,000 (\u20ac20,200) and a monthly salary of $5,000 for anyone willing to commit for at least one year.
