Airport authorities in Hamburg stopped a woman carrying a diabetic luggage containing no less than 90 kilos of the trendiest Cuban chocolate, the one with ultra-filled knefeh and pistachio.

The bar went viral last months on TikTok, so much so that it ended up in the ranking of the ten most ordered dishes in 2024 on Deliveroo…

According to German officials, their main concern was the health of the public, as the objects of desire bore no indication of ingredients or allergens.

And indeed, if you look at a packet (see below that of the chocolate on sale at Migros – CH) you cannot blame the German officials: the labelling is unclear.
