This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified individuals, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes: the IP addresses or domain names of the computers that connect to the Site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses of the resources requested, the date and time of the request, other parameters relating to the operating system and computer environment, etc.. The IP address is used by computer systems to send the pages requested during normal web browsing; this address cannot be directly associated by Giuseppe Caprotti with a specific individual, as it is dynamically assigned by the Internet Provider or masked by the company’s firewall device. The IP address varies every time an Internet connection is made and only the Internet Provider or the user’s company can trace back to the physical person with whom this address has been associated in previous connection sessions. IP addresses are therefore anonymous data, in that they cannot be associated with a specific person in a simple way, and traffic data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to check its correct functioning, and could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes to the detriment of the Site itself;
