Honestly, we don’t understand why: wine is bad for you, it gives you cancer, and dealcoholised wine can be a viable alternative in a sector that is declining due mainly to inflation but also to the changing tastes of young people.
Among producers, only Marchesi Antinori seems uninterested in the sector.
