Organic farming is on the rise: what are its benefits?
Looking at the long term, there is a clear trend towards the gradual consolidation of organic produce in Italians’ shopping baskets: in 2016, it accounted for 8.4 per cent of the total volume of fruit and vegetables, whilst by 2025 this share will reach 12.2 per cent – the highest level in the series under consideration
