No offer has yet been received by the Court of Bologna for the entire company perimeter, made up of around 130 supermarkets under the Sigma, Ecu and Economy signs, present in Emilia-Romagna, Tuscany and Lombardy, of which around thirty closed a few weeks ago, and the headquarters, warehouse and offices, in Via Pertini 15 in Reggio Emilia.
In recent months, there had been talk of interest from Migross, Crai and NewPrinces, which recently acquired Carrefour Italia, but apparently the reviews were negative: a block sale seems increasingly unlikely.
