On 18 March 2026, I participated together with Mario Gasbarrino, CEO Decò Italia, in the event “Strategies and the MDD market – IDM” organised by Michele Bondani as part of Factory Positioning.
A meeting dedicated to managers and professionals from the large-scale retail trade, which focused on the relationship between industry and distribution, positioning strategies and the transformations taking place in the sector.
I shared some of my experiences at Esselunga, where I contributed to the development of projects that marked a significant evolutionary step for Italian retailing: from Superstores to the Fìdaty card, from Esselunga a Casa to the ESD purchasing centre, up to the development of organic products and the introduction of the company’s first social report.
