Dear Mr Giuseppe Caprotti,
i am Paola, coordinator of the parish kindergarten “Giovanni XXIII”,
recalling your willingness to allow us to experience the atmosphere of the Living Crib with the children at Christmas 2008 (unfortunately, in 2010, 2012 and 2014, snow and rain prevented us from realising it) and in 2016 in your beautiful park, then from 2018 in the little church of S. Valerio [in the link you will find the pictures of 2022], we now ask you to allow us to relive the same exciting atmosphere again this year, giving us the possibility of using the same space (in the little church). Confident of a positive response from you, we promise not to be a great inconvenience. We inform you of the programme for the day:
The Living Crib will be held on Saturday, 14 December
-at 8.00-9.00 a teacher and parents will enter the little church for the setting up of the scene;
-at 14.30 the children will enter with the teacher and parents to represent the characters of the nativity scene.
Once the performance is over, it will be the teachers’ and parents’ task to tidy up and clean the area occupied.
We ask for electricity if possible and the use of the children’s toilet if necessary;
WE THANK YOU INFINITELY FOR YOUR ATTENTION HOPING FOR YOUR COLLABORATION IN THIS EXTRAORDINARY EVENT WHICH WILL SURELY REMAIN AS A WARM MEMORY IN YOUR HEART!!!!
