The death toll has risen to 10. Unfortunately this is not surprising, I have been talking about it since 2013 on this site.
In 2015, the last time I visited the state, I was amazed by the lack of water.
Then, from year to year, fires followed in that region. And in fact now, in Los Angeles, they say , ‘We have been dreading it for years’.
