On the emotional wave of the end of the book, I only feel a strong empathy for the author, who in spite of everything manages to bring great benefits to the company. This will remain a mystery to me, because how one can reconcile such impressive achievements in such an obviously hostile environment I really struggle to understand.
Perhaps only an unbridled passion for one’s work can really overcome any difficulties.
