Book read with feelings that oscillated between amazement and anger but nevertheless I am not surprised. I enjoyed it very much, I was involved and a bit overwhelmed, because although it is not everyone’s cup of tea to be a ‘Caprotti’ or any member of any other big, strong family, the dynamics within it are, proportionally, everyone’s bread and butter.
A bit like saying: small family small problems, big family big problems. But equally painful.
I wish Dr Giuseppe (whose name, by the way, is the same as mine) a serene future, with understanding and support for his children, and as a father this must not be easy… but his own experience should teach him, even if it is not obvious.
Best regards.
