YouTube beats Netflix


Netflix added over 20 million new subscribers during this year... It seems a paradox: instead of making Netflix more like YouTube, it is YouTube copying Netflix. The channels will become the new TV series, organised by season and episode. As of today, YouTube already does frightening numbers on TVs: users watch more than 1 billion hours of YouTube content on their TVs every day, and in 2023, according to Nielsen, YouTube was the absolute leader in streaming viewing time in the US...And here comes the big question for Netflix.
